Yes, we highly recommend all guests have personal travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking and evacuation.

It depends on the condition. Please consult your doctor and inform us in advance so we can assess safety.

It’s possible above 2,500m. Our treks include gradual ascent and our team will monitor your condition at all times.

Not usually required, but if you feel safer with extra gear, we can provide it or arrange for special cases (like for children).
