Day 0 :

Pick-up Service Lombok Island-Wide

Your adventure starts the moment you land! We provide a seamless, comfortable pick-up service from all key locations across Lombok Island (including Lombok Airport, Bangsal/Lembar harbors, Senggigi, or Kuta Lombok). We will transfer you directly to our accommodation in Senaru Village for your overnight stay.

Day 1 :

Senaru to Sembalun Village – Trek to Sembalun Crater Rim (Plawangan Sembalun)

Altitude: 1,150 m (Sembalun Village) → 2,639 m (Sembalun Crater Rim)

Distance: ± 9 km

Hiking Duration: 6–7 hours

06:00 AM – Enjoy your breakfast at the accommodation in Senaru Village.

06:30 AM – Depart by car to Sembalun Village (± 1 hour drive).

07:30 AM – Register at the Rinjani National Park office and meet your mountain guide and porters.

08:00 AM – Begin the trek through open savanna trails with beautiful views of Mount Rinjani’s slopes.

10:30 AM – Short rest at Pos 1 (1,300 m) and enjoy a light snack.

12:00 PM – Lunch break at Pos 2 Tengengean (1,500 m), prepared fresh by our porters.

02:30 PM – Continue trekking to Pos 3 Pada Balong (1,800 m), then proceed through steeper terrain toward the crater rim.

05:00 PM – Arrive at Sembalun Crater Rim (Plawangan Sembalun, 2,639 m). Enjoy breathtaking views of Segara Anak Lake, Mount Barujari, and sunset above the clouds.

07:00 PM – Dinner served and overnight camping with warm sleeping bags under the stars.

Day 2 :

Summit Attack (3726 m) – Descend to Sembalun Village – Transfer to Senaru or Next Destination

Altitude: 2,639 m (Crater Rim) → 3,726 m (Summit) → 1,150 m (Sembalun Village)

02:00 AM – Wake up for a light breakfast (tea, coffee, and biscuits). Prepare for the summit push with your guide.

02:30 AM – Start climbing to Mount Rinjani Summit (3,726 m). The trail is steep, rocky, and challenging, especially during the last 500 meters before the top.

06:00 AM – Reach the summit of Mount Rinjani! Witness a magnificent sunrise and panoramic views of Lombok Island, Mount Agung (Bali), and Mount Tambora (Sumbawa). Take photos and enjoy the moment.

07:00 AM – Descend back to Sembalun Crater Rim campsite for a full breakfast and short rest.

09:00 AM – Begin the descent to Sembalun Village, passing through Pos 3, Pos 2, and Pos 1.

01:00 PM – 02:00 PM – Arrive at Sembalun Village. Enjoy lunch prepared by our team and receive your Mount Rinjani trekking certificate.

02:30 PM – Transfer by private car back to Senaru Village or your next destination around Lombok (Bangsal, Senggigi, Kuta, or Mataram).

Are there ATMs available on the way to Mount Rinjani?

Yes, ATMs are currently available in both Senaru Village and Sembalun Village, which are your main start points. However, ATM availability can fluctuate (e.g., they might be empty or temporarily out of service). We strongly recommend carrying enough cash, withdrawn from major cities (like Mataram or Senggigi), for personal expenses, souvenirs, and for tipping your guide and porters at the end of your trip.

What about internet access?
